Our Sylvan Lake clinic is located inside The Grind Fitness and Performance Centre, on the upper level of the gym. Please note that there is no elevator access. If stairs are a barrier for you, we recommend booking with one of our providers at our Red Deer location, which is fully accessible.
As The Grind is an active fitness facility, there may be elevated noise levels during your visit due to music and ongoing classes. If you prefer a quieter environment for your appointment, we would be happy to accommodate you at our Red Deer clinic instead.
